About Us

It all started several years ago with a pot of coffee on the back of a truck. President Rick Remington and Steve Cottam felt it on their hearts to go downtown and offer coffee to the homeless walking by. 

As the weeks went on, the crowd grew bigger. Before they knew it, Rick and Steve had food being donated and volunteers cooking meals to feed the homeless.

Presently, Reach Ministries helps several outreaches and programs throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. We also serve meals weekly to the homeless in downtown Calgary and give food hampers to those in need.

Reach Ministries is a charity that runs mainly by volunteers donating their time. However, as the needs are rapidly growing, so is the need for more volunteers and donations. If you would like to donate to Reach Ministries, please visit our "Donate" section on the left of the page.
